At GMC, we are a passionate community dedicated to developing biblical unity that comes from understanding the truth of God’s Word, the Bible. We strive to live and apply the teachings of Jesus, to love God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength, and to love our neighbors as ourselves. Our desire is that all men would be reconciled to God through a relationship with Jesus Christ. the reconciliation found in the Gospel. Join us as we continue our journey of spreading God’s love and truth to all who will listen and receive it.

Our Story

The Gospel Mission Channel, co-founded by David Byers and Methodius Baguma, emerged from a shared vision. Their partnership began in 2023 while David and his family were engaged in service in Bundibugyo. Recognizing the need for a biblically-based social media platform, they began planning and development, resulting in the establishment of the Gospel Mission Channel ministry.

The primary purpose of the Gospel Mission Channel is to facilitate the growth and maturity of believers in Jesus Christ. This is primarily achieved through challenging, encouraging, and equipping believers to spread the message of Christ’s love and grace to those around them. Additionally, the channel aims to empower believers to be effective and useful in their service to God.

The overarching goal of the Gospel Mission Channel is to make the name and fame of Jesus Christ known far and wide. Through its content and outreach efforts, the channel seeks to amplify the message of Christ and contribute to the advancement of His kingdom. All successes and achievements are attributed to the leading and prospering of their efforts by God.
